To Whom It May Concern:

I recently received notification that I must begin paying my “Fair Share” of union dues to the PSEA and NEA.  Thus, I am writing in order to share my objection in regard to this matter.

I have recently come across a list of the non-educational and social organizations that are supported by the NEA with member dues.  As part of my rights listed under Title 43, Section 1102.5 (b) under the Pennsylvania Public Employee Fair Share Fee Law, I am requesting that my forced union payments be directed to the following charity: _______________ 

I am hopeful that my objection is taken seriously.  It would be much easier for me to accept this situation if I know that my “Fair Share” is going to a charitable and worthwhile organization.
